Subject: Me & My Uncle Lyric Change
Did anyone else notice that Bob sings "I grabbed a bottle, cracked him in the jaw" instead of the usual "I shot him down, Lord, he never saw." Does anyone know of other times he changed this lyric? Also, if you haven't read the origin story for this song, it is a good one- check it out in the Annotated Lyrics.

Subject: Excellent Forecast
With the ever-present chance of lingering Dark Star spaciness, this Weather Report Suite is well worth a good listen. The mix is a Phil fan's fantasy.

Great bass throughout. Sounds like they cranked Phil up I'm this one.

Subject: great show
stumbled upon this when looking at shows somewhat close to dave's picks 11 (wichita 11/17/72)... easy five star w/ gorgeous sound post-bertha opener.

btwind, box, playin, dark star, wrs, stella blue, several others top rate...

Subject: Excellent recording, awesome Darkstar
Love the Darkstar on this, probably the best of the bunch where Phil took a long solo. Lots of other great jamming and crystal clear sound.
